That’s why Mercedes-Benz VanCARE offers First-Class Windshield Protection coverage for costs of replacing a chipped or cracked front windshield resulting from propelled rocks or other road debris.

This coverage includes an unlimited number of service calls, plus there are no mileage limits and no deductible. And because your vehicle is an engineering marvel, this first-class windshield protection doesn’t provide you with just any piece of glass. You’ll have installed an original Mercedes-Benz replacement windshield.

Auto Glass repair and replacement services are performed in-house by our Baker Auto Glass team and all Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) re-calibration services are performed by our Mercedes-Benz Certified Technicians.

Coverage information:

• Costs associated with replacement of a chipped or cracked front windshield due to propelled rocks and other road debris
• The maximum aggregate claim benefit is $5,000
• Original Mercedes-Benz replacement glass
• Transferable from consumer to consumer in a private vehicle sale, or in a lease agreement transfer or assumption, for a $40 transfer fee
• Available on New, Certified Pre-Owned or Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Comprehensive coverage:

• No limit on the number of service calls (unless $5,000 maximum aggregate claim limit has been reached)
• No mileage limitations
• No deductible
• Prior claim authorization required 

Coverage exclusions may apply:

• Replacements made without prior authorization
• Damage to areas other than the front windshield
• Stress cracks or cracks on the inside of the windshield
• Damage caused by hail, vandalism, or neglect
